Former reviews pointed out the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. And so the house got a great deal of sand in it.

The beds had been decently comfortable (not the best but didn't hinder our rest), and there was plenty of House to stow our stuff so we did not have to look at suitcases, and so forth. all week. Being right over the beach is undoubtedly the selling point and our favorite feature of this house.
